Honestly? It never even occurred to me until you brought it up. That's scary, considering I'm usually the first to read something dirty into everything.
in the photos did anyone else see Peter Palmiotti (who worked with Peter David on Aquaman) there? He is the guy buying the book with the black hat and jean backpack
Getting a bit more Yuppie in your old age, Peter - or is it just the City that brings out the clean shaved face and the handknit sweater look? Wish we could've been there, but nothing will get my balding spouse out in the cold - especially in New York City at midnight...

1 Yes thats me buying a copy of your book! (my free copies from Marvel ran out years ago,..boohoo!) I thought the night went very well and the book is Awesome!!! Your writing based on King's work worked very well! Jae Lee, man that he is kicked ass! The color...simply amazing! My buddy and fellow Aquaman artist Jim Calafiore lent his skills to a map and some spot illustrations! Kudos to all involved! If you don't have a copy yet...get one!
Okay, I have to admit the first thing I thought when I saw the picture was that you were gradually becoming a Wookie. The second thought was "Quick, call security, Peter FINALLY caught Bill Myers disguised as a squirrel!" And by then, I had read the third post, which gave me the idea for a line about the habits of a lycanthrope for my movie. So, besides entertaining me for the last 20 years, you have also contributed to my magnum opus. I'll be sure you get credit.
