Fools! Once I was merely Nina Dowd...
...well, actually, Kim McGinley, costumer extraordinaire... but now I am Mighty N. Dowd!!!
With the power of my mighty headlights!
And yes, when it's cold out, they become high beams.
These photos were taken at the masquerade at Lunacon a few weeks back, and Kim won multiple awards for her recreation of the Young Justice villianess, including technical and best recreation. She displayed the awards quite prominently, as you can see.
We here at PeterDavid.net salute her. And that's a salute with our hands, you sickos.

There's a character which deserves far more than just two appearances. It's just too good a joke to be sitting, wasting away in limbo, especially considering the darker turn to the DCU. There's a counterweight if I ever saw one.
Wow, didn't see that coming. She's standing surprisingly well for Mighty Endowed. At least this version can stand up without toppling over.
Mighty Endowed was an okay joke for the first issue, but not really a villian that could do much of anything. Though, I suppose it wouldn't be as impressive to see folks dressed up as Harm, Riproar or Bedlam.
Well, thank God it's Kim in the costume. For a second I thought it you *you*.
